Commercial HVAC Controls Technician

Your Role as an HVAC Service Technician:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC control systems in commercial buildings
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC controls and related equipment
  • Perform regular system inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Install basic wiring and controls
  • Maintain sensors, thermostats, controllers, valves, actuators, and other HVAC control-related equipment
  • Complete and close out Work Orders, entering time worked and materials used
  • Assist other HVAC Control Technicians and perform other duties as assigned
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Provide top-notch customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with a team of experts dedicated to excellence

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a strong track record
  • Understanding of basic HVAC operation, including boilers, chillers, pumps, and fan systems
  • Familiarity with a preventative maintenance and work order system
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • HVAC certifications and licenses (if applicable)
  • Dedication to safety and compliance with industry regulations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
